A restored historic cinema showing films in the heart of Campbeltown.

What to expect

The cinema's 1913 building is part of the attraction as well as the film programme. Designed by Albert V. Gardner, it is recognised for its distinctive historic architecture. A screening gives visitors an indoor option with a fixed start time, rather than an activity that can be dropped into at any moment.

Planning your visit

Choose a film from the current programme and check its certificate, running time and seat availability. Ask the cinema about access, hearing support or relaxed screenings if needed. Architecture interest alone does not guarantee entry outside advertised opening or events.

Visitor details updated through the listing dashboard on 02/10/2026. Confirm current arrangements directly.
